In July this year I had the privilege to work and meet many inspiring people. In particular the young people I worked with made me laugh out loud one minute and cry the next. Most of all, I learnt to really appreciate the importance of being part of a caring community. I hope my images have done my new friends justice.

In a recent trip to Peru I had the privilege of meeting many people from all walks of life, all of us with one common goal – to reach the top of Machu Picchu (The Lost City of the Inca’s) and raise as much money for Age Concern as we could.
A donation was also made to the local school, where many of the porters that helped us during the walk, lived with their families. This money will be used to create a safe play area at the school, for the local children. …Read more
